Off to see these guys soon.
As it is my last night here I thought I’d upload my last few shots from across the week. Nothing special, just some filtered memories for me.
iPhone4 and stuff.
Some shots from a trip to Polperro in Cornwall today. 5/4/2012 will be a date I will never forget.
iPhone4 dans la filtrée
Just one shot from the National Trust site Lanhydrock I visited today. Rather than the usual shots of a huge country house I went for this single shot that summed the place up for me. Despite being a stunning building, it was a real house of two halves - one for the family and one for the staff. This picture shows a servant calling board which are dotted around the servants quarters so that the family could summon them to particular rooms. It was probably never intended to be appreciated for its design but I think its cracking.
Taken with iPhone4 mit filters.
I’ve been told I don’t post enough on here so whilst I sit and have a lazy afternoon in Cornwall I figured I may as well upload some gratuitous holiday pictures.
These are from day two of the trip where we took in much of the coastal path from St Austell to St Mawes.
All taken on an iPhone4 and Instagrammed to within an inch of their lives.
Love this. Weird rework of an old Blackstreet track with an even weirder video. Rumour has it this is one half of Lemon Jelly - I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.
Beautiful work from Michael Waring: creator of the awesome future sequence
Few more photos taken with my iPhone. This time after a walk in the rain on the Clent Hills with the lady.
